My box has been tampered with!

My luggage has finally arrived, while assembling my 99 Specialized Alez I noted some drool marks on it, evidence that the customs guys (and maybe a dog) had been in my box. When you are on the road as much as I am you learn not to take things like this personally. With the bike assembled I did a nice trainer workout, staring at a garage door for 2 hours really helps with focus.
After the workout we laid our new kitchen floor.....three hours of crawling around on hands and knees, smelling glue, and bickering the job is done and looks great. Being able to crawl for three hours, is an important “back up discipline” for an athlete of my stature, no matter how tough things get on race day I know it’s possible for me to crawl about 20kms, how many other competitors can make this statement?
Todays training will be a 1 hr run, through the Panama Flats, this is a local potato field with a deep history in our family. Almost all vehicles owned by our family have been stuck in this muddy field at one time or another, my sister Pam was particularly bad for this.
